Support cannot be
offered on a 24/7 basis. I will make every effort to deal with any
problems as soon as I am able but cannot guarantee to deal with
problems within a specified time.
Liability
Anne Garrison Web Design shall not be liable for any loss of profits
or contracts or any direct, indirect or consequential loss, business
interruption or loss of data or programs arising out of or in
connection with the use of the information either contained within
this site or from any of its hyper link connections.
Payments
50% of the web
design cost will be invoiced when the test site is ready for
review. Following receipt of this first payment, the site will be
loaded onto the live webspace. The remainder, including hosting
costs, will be invoiced on completion and acceptance by the client.
New domain name
purchases will be invoiced at the time of order.
Payment terms -
30 days of invoice.

Password Protected areas
If your site has a password protected area you are solely
responsible for the security and proper use of your password, which
should be disclosed to other people at your discretion. You must
notify me immediately if you believe that the password is being used
in an unauthorised way. I accept no liability for any unauthorised
or improper use or disclosure of any password.
Content
Anne Garrison Web
design has the right not to host a site that violates the TERMS or
is otherwise objectionable. You acknowledge and agree that Anne
Garrison Web Design may preserve content and may also disclose
content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that
such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
comply with legal
process
enforce the TERMS
respond to claims
that any content violates the rights of third parties
protect the
rights, property, or personal safety of Anne Garrison Web Design,
it's employees and representatives, its users, and the public
Interruptions and Omissions in Service
While I try to ensure that the standard of this website remains high
and to maintain continuity. Errors, omissions, interruptions of
service and delays may occur at any time. I do not accept any
liability arising from such occurrences.
Governing Law
Any dispute or claim concerning or arising from this website shall
be determined in accordance with the law of England and Wales, and
the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in
determining such disputes or claims.
